Once a week, we offer a power vinyasa yoga class that focuses on stretching and mobilizing the muscles that you've been working all week. Vinyasa means "breath-synchronized movement," so in this class you'll learn to focus on your breath as you fluidly move from position to position. It can be a challenging workout while at the same time allowing you to reconnect with your body and reenergize your thoughts for the upcoming week. Your instructor will help you bring awareness and breath to the parts of your body that ache so that you can move through the soreness.
