Semi Private Classes

Our semi-private classes are perfect for individuals who want a program specific to them and their needs, but still want the community feel. Consisting of no more than five people per session, our semi-private program is a multidisciplinary training program designed to enhance metabolic health, improve body composition, and produce a three-dimensionally sound structural foundation. At a slower pace and lower intensity than our CrossFit classes, semi-private training is perfect for individuals rehabbing injuries, or those who haven't been active in a while, and are looking to get back into fitness.
